Jemma joined Hanson Wade in 2017 after graduating from Bristol University with a degree in French in 2014 and spending her first few years in conference production at a large international events company. After producing over 30 LEAP HR events, she is now the portfolio director, responsible for setting the strategy, topic generation, and managing a team of conference producers.  Jemma and her team are passionate about empowering HR leaders to make genuine people and culture change.
