As one of the commercial leads for the LEAP HR series, my main responsibility is to engage organisations with objectives in brand and awareness build looking to demonstrate their capability in front of senior HR professionals to drive results.  Typically, this concerns working with HR solution providers ranging from; employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management and HRIS.  Internally, I’m tasked with providing strategic and commercial direction for the portfolio as well as market insight to ensure the series is providing relevance and value to the LEAP HR Community.
