Gareth founded and is responsible for developing the Searchlight business inside Hanson Wade. Searchlight expert networks help members make better decisions with more confidence by allowing them to engage in year-round dialogue to solve common problems together. Prior to this, Gareth built the LEAP business which is helping change how HR works in the world’s most forward-thinking companies. Gareth has successfully developed information businesses in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East during a 20 year entrepreneurial career. He holds a double first class honours degree in Politics and American Studies and earned a postgraduate Certificate in International Business from the Mountbatten Institute in NYC.
